The spaces are blank so that you have the option to write whatever information you wish to in the space or you may apply clear Avery® labels generated on your computer. (labels not included).
    The reverse side of the chart has an area to list the (8) eight primary surnames from the front of the chart, an area to list localities of interest to your research, a place to religions of interest to your research and a place to list up to (40) forty allied surnames pertaining to the individuals on the front side of the chart.
